Jay Crystal

Jay Crystal joined Staley Capital in July 2008 as a Vice President. Prior to joining Staley Capital, Jay was an Associate at American Capital, an investment fund with approximately $21 billion of capital under management. At American Capital, Jay focused on buyout investments in the outsourced business services and healthcare services sectors. He invested in Marina Medical Billing Service, triVIN and CIBT. Previously, Jay was with Banc of America Securities, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions. Jay also co-founded Wireless Warning LLC, a services company dedicated to bridging the public warning information gap exposed by 9/11 by delivering potentially life-saving information from Offices of Emergency Management directly to citizens in harm's way via targeted cell phone text messaging.
